For owners of multi-practitioner clinics

The work that falls through the cracks, done before you ask.

VjAI is the operating system behind eight physiotherapy clinics. It applies the insurance payments, catches the patients who are slipping away, builds the treatment plans, coaches every person on the team, and keeps watch over its own work around the clock. A person approves anything that matters.

Running 8 clinics at PhysioCare Ottawa every day.

The quiet leak

Nothing in your clinic fails loudly.

A payment sits unapplied. A patient texts and nobody answers. A plan is prescribed for twelve visits and booked for one. None of it rings an alarm. You find out a month later, in a report, when it is too late to fix. These are real findings from our own clinics, the first time VjAI looked.

113

patients waiting on a text reply

Of 571 patients who texted the clinics in about 25 days, 113 had a real message nobody had answered. 62 had waited over a week.

31%

of care ended after one or two visits

Across 3,317 courses of care, almost a third stopped before the plan had really started. Nobody could see who, or where.

32

injury-claim plans never sent

The first check of 156 car-accident and workplace-injury patients found 32 with no treatment plan submitted to the insurer. Weeks of care at risk of going unpaid.

VjAI exists to make each of these loud, then to do the work.

What it does

Six jobs. 100 ways it does them.

Not another dashboard to babysit. VjAI does the work, shows you what it did, and asks before anything that matters.

The question every owner asks

What if it gets it wrong?

It never guesses.

A payment is posted only when exactly one invoice for that visit owes exactly that amount. Anything else is left for a person, with the reason written beside it.

You keep the keys.

Sending, deleting and anything involving money wait for your approval. If you do not answer, nothing happens.

It tells you first.

If data is late or missing, you are told the same hour, and any number that is not current is labelled so. You never act on a figure nobody has checked.

Every change can be undone.

Each change is logged with what it was before and how to reverse it.

Your own numbers

What does early drop-off cost your clinic?

At our clinics, 31% of courses of care ended after one or two visits. Put in your own numbers to see what the same pattern would mean for you.

Why VjAI exists

Built by a clinic owner, for his own clinics first.

Vijay Sharma owns PhysioCare Ottawa, a group of eight physiotherapy clinics. He did not set out to build software. He set out to stop finding problems a month after they happened.

Every part of VjAI was built to end a specific problem in a real clinic, then tested against real records before it was trusted. Where it was wrong, it was fixed. Where it could not be sure, it was taught to say so and leave the decision to a person.

It runs those eight clinics every day. The waitlist is for owners who want it to run theirs.

Common questions

What clinic owners ask first.

Is VjAI available now?

Not yet. Today it runs the eight PhysioCare Ottawa clinics. We are taking a waitlist so we can choose the next clinics carefully and install it properly.

Which clinic software does it work with?

It was built on Juvonno, the software our clinics use. Tell us what you use when you join the waitlist. That is how we decide what to support next.

Does the AI make clinical decisions?

No. Treatment plans come from a library of cited evidence and fixed rules that practitioners review and can challenge. The practitioner edits and owns every plan.

Will it send messages to my patients or move money on its own?

Only what you have switched on. Routine, reversible work runs by itself. Anything that sends, deletes or touches money waits for your approval, and no answer means no.

What happens to patient information?

Patient names are shown as first name and initial. Patient details are not sent to the AI. Call recordings stay on the clinic's own machine. Each person sees only their own role and clinic. It was built inside a clinic that answers to Ontario's health privacy law.

Are the numbers on this site real?

Yes. Every figure comes from PhysioCare Ottawa's own records. We show counts and changes, not revenue.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is not set. People on the waitlist will hear first.
